Victoria Riskin is an award-winning writer and producer. Her book, “Fay Wray and Robert Riskin: A Hollywood Memoir” was published in 2019. She served as President of the Writers Guild of America West, representing screen and television writers through the organization that her father helped create three-quarters of a century earlier. She is a board member of Los Angeles NPR station KCRW, and also served twelve years on the International Board of Human Rights Watch. She chaired its Hellman-Hammett Committee that distributed funds from Lillian Hellman’s estate to persecuted writers around the world. She continues to be active with HRW. She lives in West Tisbury with her husband, writer-producer David W. Rintels.
